She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Lafayette College and spent 16 years in the aerospace engineering industry, developing a strong foundation in precision and problem-solving. After taking time off to raise her children, Elise began a new chapter—first as a client of Leicht Financial Planning and Wealth Management, and later as a valued member of the team. Since joining the firm in 2015, she has brought her analytical mindset and deep appreciation for client care to every interaction.
Elise lives in Morris County, New Jersey with her family and their cat. In her free time, she enjoys walking, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
